The Hotel Host is entrusted with creating and maintaining an extraordinary guest experience by greeting visitors warmly, managing check-ins and check-outs smoothly, and overseeing the front desk's cleanliness and organization. This role includes the responsibility of preparing and assembling welcome amenities to enhance the arrival experience, ensuring cash handling procedures are meticulously followed, and preserving guest confidentiality with professional discretion. Additional duties include supporting food and beverage operations, such as bartending and barista tasks, operating the Bakery Café, managing the Guest Kitchen, and servicing meeting rooms.
