Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines promptly
  • route calls appropriately and record accurate messages for veterinarians and staff
  • Book and manage appointments, process reminders, and assist clients with scheduling concerns using our computer system
  • Welcome clients and their pets on arrival, perform check-in procedures, and collect relevant patient histories for the medical team
  • Prepare and maintain neat, organized files and records
  • ensure confidentiality and proper documentation practices
  • Clean and sanitize exam rooms, waiting area, and administrative spaces to ensure a safe, hygienic environment
  • Assist with light office tasks such as filing, copying, and supply inventory as needed
