The Front Desk Associate role at FS Residential in West Palm Beach, FL, is a vital position dedicated to creating a welcoming and secure environment for residents, guests, and service providers. This part-time opportunity is scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays from 3 PM to 11 PM, offering pay between $17 and $18 per hour. As a Front Desk Associate, you will operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating exceptional communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively are essential in this role. Your primary duties will include greeting residents and guests, checking in and out visitors and service providers, and managing access control and emergency response procedures efficiently.

This position also involves monitoring and operating electronic security control systems and maintaining accurate daily logs, records, and forms to ensure safety and security throughout the property. You will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, responsible for resolving complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be expected to respond promptly to emergency situations, following established safety protocols. The role may include other tasks as assigned by the onsite property manager, reinforcing your contribution to the overall management and safety of the community.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • college level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • two to three years of business experience preferred

  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • multiple language fluency is desirable
  • strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
