Job Requirements

- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to handle the demands of the role

Job Duties
- assist with delivery and clearing of food and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
- collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- attend to guest needs promptly and courteously
- support the Food and Beverage team during peak service hours
- uphold Starwood Hotels’ standards of service and presentation
- adapt to flexible work schedules including nights and weekends
