Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 6 years of event planning experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- expertise in online registration software
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- flexibility to work in various team roles
- eligibility for or possession of a U.S. government security clearance
- willingness to travel
- ability to lift and move materials as needed
