Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum of 6 years of event planning experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • expertise in online registration software
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • flexibility to work in various team roles
  • eligibility for or possession of a U.S. government security clearance
  • willingness to travel
  • ability to lift and move materials as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum of 6 years of event planning experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • expertise in online registration software
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • outstanding oral and written communication abilities
  • proven ability to work in both lead and support roles on projects
  • eligible for or currently hold a U.S. government security clearance
  • willingness to travel
