As a Part-Time Evening Trash Collector at Affinity Waste Solutions, you’ll be responsible for collecting bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transporting the waste to designated on-site dumpsters or compactor areas. The work involves walking through apartment communities during service hours while adhering to company policies and safety procedures. This role requires independence, physical activity, and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure communities remain clean and waste-free.

One of the outstanding benefits of this role is the competitive compensation package. Collectors can earn between $1,400 and $1,600 per month depending on the size of the community they service. The position operates on a flat-rate pay structure, offering $70 to $80 per service night. In addition to a reliable income, new hires receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment and paid training to ensure they are well-prepared for their duties.

This position requires applicants to have a pickup truck, trailer, or utility van, along with a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
