We are currently seeking part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, also known as Service Valets, to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of apartment communities during evening hours. This position is ideal for individuals looking for consistent, steady work close to home with no long-distance travel or off-site dumping involved. The work schedule generally runs Sunday through Thursday nights, starting after 7:00 to 8:00 PM, with typical hours ranging from 10 to 15 or more per week. This role provides an excellent option for a second job or supplemental income while fitting comfortably around existing commitments like school, a full-time job, or family responsibilities.

As a Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist, you will use your own personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer to collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from apartment doorsteps. Your goal each night will be to ensure that all waste is removed from residents’ front doors so their communities stay clean and inviting by the next morning. This position requires physical activity including walking throughout the property, climbing stairs, and handling waste in an outdoor environment. You will also utilize a mobile app to check in, track your work progress, and capture photos as needed, which makes the administrative part of the job straightforward and tech-enabled.

The compensation for this role starts at a truck pay rate of $18.50 per hour, with pay processed quickly using a DailyPay system, promoting financial flexibility.
