Job Requirements
- Own an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have active auto insurance
- Possess a smartphone with a data plan
- Be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs and walking long distances
- Comfortable working evenings Sunday through Thursday
- Able to work independently following routines

- Good physical fitness to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps using a personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected trash to on-site compactors within assigned apartment communities
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during each shift without long-distance driving
- Walk the property and climb stairs to ensure thorough trash collection
- Use a mobile app to check in, track tasks, and document work via photos
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a consistent routine
- Follow safety protocols provided including wearing gloves and safety vests
