Currently, we are seeking part-time Doormen, Concierges, and Porters to work two days a week in various prestigious buildings across Manhattan. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
  • Verifying and recording visitor information
  • Answering calls professionally and assisting callers with directions or instructions for the building
  • Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages
  • Monitoring lobby traffic and alerting residents to arriving guests and deliveries
  • Maintaining logbooks for visitors and contractors
  • Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of assigned building
  • Reporting any problems to Superintendent or Management
  • Checking specific areas for debris, cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Following established procedures set by management
  • Assisting handyman as instructed
