The role available at Lehrhaus is for a part-time dishwasher who plays a vital part in maintaining the hygiene and smooth operation of the kitchen and restaurant area. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating the dish machine efficiently, maintaining proper dish chemical concentrations using pH strip testing, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is thoroughly cleaned and returned to its designated place. In addition to dishwashing duties, this role may involve assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant to uphold cleanliness standards and supporting kitchen prep work when needed.
