Job Duties
- Operate the dish machine efficiently
- Maintain dish chemical concentrations using ph strip testing
- Accurately and efficiently clean and return all equipment to its proper location
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
- Support kitchen prep work as needed
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
