This home-based life care initiative allows individuals the comfort and convenience of aging in place, maintaining their independence in their own homes. Seabury prides itself on a Wellness for Life philosophy that emphasizes holistic health and wellbeing for both residents and staff. The Waitstaff position at Seabury offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within a warm, professional, and fun working environment. This part-time role calls for candidates who possess a positive and cheerful demeanor when interacting with others, showcasing a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to enriching the experience of every resident and guest. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in culinary, retail, or related customer service industries, demonstrating their ability to engage effectively with customers and work collaboratively within a team.
Seabury fosters an encouraging work culture where employees are empowered to develop their professional identities and contribute meaningfully to the community. Employees benefit from a supportive environment that values creativity, problem-solving, and leadership engagement. The community offers excellent perks including annual pay increases, resident appreciation checks, and access to a PayActiv program that allows staff to access half their wages the next day. Conveniently located on a public transit line and boasting free secure parking, Seabury emphasizes convenience and accessibility.
Additional benefits enhance the work-life balance for employees, such as a Verizon Wireless discount, employee discounts at the on-site Bistro, and access to a fitness and wellness center complete with a pool and walking trails. Seabury’s retirement plan includes a 403B program with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 5% of salary after one year, underscoring the organization’s commitment to employee financial security. For employees working 32 or more hours weekly, a comprehensive benefits package is available, including medical and dental insurance with generous company-paid premiums, vision coverage, paid holidays, vacation, illness, and personal time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
At Seabury, employees live the vision of "Revolutionizing the Experience of Aging" by providing five-star customer service and ensuring exceptional resident care every day.
