Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain grounds if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas
- perform necessary cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, trash removal
- sweep parking areas as needed
- remove trash from receptacles and replace trash liners, wipe trash can lids
- spot clean all spills or messes on sidewalks
- operate equipment such as pressure washers and leaf blowers
- lift, move, and handle equipment
- report maintenance issues and vandalism
- manage workload independently
- communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
