The Day Team Member role at Crew Carwash offers a unique opportunity to be part of this dynamic company either on a full-time or part-time basis. This position centers on delivering exceptional daytime customer service Monday through Friday, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. As a Day Team Member, you will greet customers with a smile, provide service advice, and help load vehicles—all while maintaining a clean and attractive facility both inside and outside. Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
No prior work experience required
Work minimum 20 hours per week for part-time or 30 hours per week for full-time
Work during 7AM-4PM in a fast-paced environment
Stand for extended periods of time
Hustle with a sense of urgency
Reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, or jump
Push or pull drums and materials
Comfortable around moving mechanical parts
Climb ladders, scaffolds, platforms
Lift or move at least 25 pounds
Operate electronic devices
Withstand weather extremes

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old
No prior work experience is required
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time or 30 hours per week for full-time
Ability to work during the hours of 7AM to 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 8 or more hours per day
Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency
Ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
Ability to push or pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
Comfort working near or around moving mechanical parts
Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
Ability to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
Ability to operate and utilize electronic devices
Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
