Job Description
This is a part-time position in the food service industry. The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. The role involves food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a high standard of Fresh Foods Standards. The position requires individuals to be at least 18 years of age.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months of related experience and/or training
- culinary experience and sales skills
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- proficiency in basic math skills
- ability to follow directions and problem-solve
- completion of company training programs in areas such as food safety and product knowledge
- knowledge of cooking terminology, ingredients, and food safety practices
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform various kitchen tasks
- ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment
