The Concierge role at Chateaux Deer Valley is vital in ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable stay. The Concierge serves as the primary liaison between the hotel guests and the various services offered, ensuring requests are met promptly and effectively. This position requires an individual who is not only resourceful and informed about local attractions but also demonstrates the patience and tact to manage the diverse needs and expectations of guests. The Concierge is expected to possess an in-depth knowledge of Park City and surrounding areas, be proactive in making dining and activity reservations, maintain communication across hotel departments, and provide personable, professional service that aligns with the Stein Collection’s high standards.

- Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of local area
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible
- Effectively and seriously deal with guest needs
- Serve as information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of Park City and surrounding area points of interest
- Maintain complete and informative log books
- Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
- Maintain communication with all hotel departments
- Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees
- Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible
