Job Description

Village Green is a renowned property management company specializing in managing award-winning apartment communities. With a commitment to delivering exceptional residential experiences, Village Green prides itself on fostering vibrant, welcoming communities where residents can thrive. Offering a wide range of apartments that combine comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury, Village Green’s properties are designed to meet diverse lifestyle needs. The company is dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer service, innovation in residential living, and community engagement. Recognized for its outstanding service and innovative community programs, Village Green provides residents with a supportive living environment that emphasizes quality, safety, and convenience.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Concierge team at Village Green. This role is pivotal as concierges serve as the first point of contact at our apartment communities. The Concierge acts as both a hospitality ambassador and a sales consultant, creating lasting impressions on residents, visitors, prospects, and vendors alike. This position is ideal for those who possess persuasive sales and marketing skills combined with excellent communication and negotiating abilities. As part of the role, you will assist with resident requests, provide information, and help facilitate apartment rentals during times when the leasing office is closed or additional support is needed.

The Concierge position provides a unique opportunity to directly impact resident satisfaction by ensuring smooth lobby operations, managing visitor check-in, handling package deliveries, and coordinating resident services such as amenity reservations and maintenance follow-ups. You will assist in scheduling tours, maintaining guest logs, and supporting community engagement initiatives by helping organize events and communication efforts like distributing newsletters and reminders.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay of $18 plus a quarterly bonus, and requires working shifts from 4 pm to 12 am on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. As a key ambassador of Village Green, you will be responsible for upholding the community’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and customer service excellence. You will be expected to use good judgment when assisting residents and guests, resolve minor issues in a friendly manner, and communicate effectively with both residents and the management team.

By joining Village Green as a Concierge, you become part of a team that values inclusivity and diversity, making the workplace welcoming for all employees. Village Green ensures a safe and drug-free work environment with required background checks and pre-employment drug testing as part of the hiring process. We also comply with federal employment eligibility verification processes through E-Verify. If you are team-oriented, flexible with scheduling, and eager to contribute toward building outstanding community living experiences, this role presents an exciting path within the dynamic field of property management and hospitality.
