Job Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with ability to model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Passion and drive to inspire a love for learning and actively engage children
  • Respect and dedication to working with children
  • Minimum 2 years direct experience working with children under 13
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proof of high school diploma or equivalent and 12 college credits completed at 100 level or above
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements including First Aid/CPR, Mandated Reporter certification, cleared TB test, proof of MMR vaccination, and Food Handlers Card

Job Qualifications

  • Experience supervising others
  • Experience working with children including those with unique and special needs
  • Coursework or training in child development or related field
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills with adults and children
  • Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn Google technology software
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Develop and coach a passionate team providing a safe and engaging environment
  • Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Participate in local community events to promote Right At School footprint
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork
