We are currently searching for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing hospice team in the Philadelphia, PA region. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides home-based hospice care designed to comfort and support patients during the most vulnerable phases of their lives. The role involves managing a census of five to six patients, delivering essential daily living activities assistance such as personal hygiene, grooming, skin care, mobility support, and light housekeeping within patients' homes. Additionally, CNAs/CHHAs will be responsible for assisting with prescribed exercises, nutritional care, and vigilant observation of patients’ health status to report any significant changes to supervising nurses. This position requires a compassionate approach paired with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with nurses, patients, and families.
