Part Time Cashier/Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Cashier/Clerk to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering a positive shopping experience. This position involves greeting customers warmly, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and orderly checkout area. The Cashier/Clerk will operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions with precision, and ensure all cash handling procedures are strictly followed. In addition to these responsibilities, this role involves restocking shelves and merchandising products, demonstrating loyalty programs to customers, upselling items to maximize sales opportunities, and occasionally supervising junior staff members to support smooth store operations.

The position offers flexible hours with shift options from 2 pm to 10 pm and 10 pm to 6 am, and is available on both a full-time and part-time basis. Employees will need to obtain an operating C Certificate for gas handling and a Food Handling Certificate as part of the job requirements. We offer competitive pay ranging from $15.50 to $17.00 per hour and provide opportunities for career advancement and pay raises within the organization.
