The part-time Barback position at WarHorse Gaming in Lincoln, NE, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a premier gaming and entertainment destination. This role is pivotal in supporting bartenders by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar environment. Working swing shifts with varying hours based on business needs, the Barback is integral to delivering the smooth operational flow required in a bustling hospitality environment. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touchscreen technology
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience using smartphone and tablet applications preferred
Job Duties
- Stock and maintain bar areas with required supplies, inventory, ice, and service materials
- Assist bartenders by replenishing products and supporting daily operational needs
- Set up bar stations for service including preparing garnishes, cutting fruit, stocking ice, and removing waste
- Maintain par levels of inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, and delivering supplies
- Sort bottles and cardboard for recycling and proper disposal
- Ensure bar cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained in accordance with health department regulations
- Report maintenance concerns and equipment issues to leadership promptly
- Comply with all department policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain compliance with responsible alcohol service requirements including SMART or TIPS training standards
- Deliver outstanding guest and team member service at all times
- Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
