Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof at time of hire
- Possess a smartphone with an active data plan
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with manual labor or outdoor physical work advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to operate an open-bed pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle
- Comfortable with handling trash, odors, and waste
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps using own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle
- Transport trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors
- Walk property grounds and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions including rain and cold
- Use company mobile app for task management and communication
- Maintain safety protocols by wearing provided gloves and safety vests
- Engage respectfully and professionally with residents
