Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years driving experience
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to handle customer issues positively and professionally
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valet parking experience preferred
- Ability to carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-parked vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Stand, walk, and assist with items up to 50lbs during shifts
- Complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as assigned
