Job Description
The Parking Spot is a well-established leader in the near-airport parking industry, proudly serving travelers for over 25 years across the United States. As the largest company specializing in near-airport parking, The Parking Spot operates more than 40 locations nationwide and employs over 2,000 team members. Known for its commitment to exceptional service and community, the company offers an employee ownership program that grants team members a direct financial stake in the company’s ongoing success. This unique approach fosters an environment where each employee, regardless of role, is empowered to contribute to creating an outstanding experience for every guest. The culture at The Parking Spot emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and respect, making it an inviting workplace for those who share these values and wish to grow with a highly regarded organization.
The Parking Guest Attendant (PGA) role is vital in delivering superior customer service during the guest check-in and check-out processes. This part-time position requires availability from Thursday to Saturday, 4 PM to 12 AM, offering a competitive pay rate of $15 per hour along with regular bonus opportunities. The PGA serves as the face of The Parking Spot, welcoming guests with professionalism and helping them navigate their parking experience efficiently. This role includes a mix of customer interaction, operational support, and teamwork to maintain a smooth and user-friendly environment that reflects the company’s high standards. PGAs are also responsible for supporting technological interfaces such as kiosks and mobile devices, ensuring the seamless integration of services and convenience for guests.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, an ability to adapt quickly to new technology, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. Working in this role includes standing for most of the shift and managing physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds safely, all within a dynamic and sometimes inclement weather environment. The Parking Spot values diversity and inclusion deeply, fostering an equitable workplace where all voices are heard and respected. The company maintains a strict anti-discrimination stance and is dedicated to continuous learning and growth.
Joining The Parking Spot as a Parking Guest Attendant offers more than just a job— it is a chance to become part of a supportive team with consistent schedules, opportunities for professional development, paid holidays, and access to medical, vision, and dental benefits for those eligible. Employees can also benefit financially from the company’s shared ownership program and enjoy immediate conditional offers for standout candidates after interviews. This role is a perfect fit for individuals who thrive in a guest-focused, fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute positively to a trusted national brand.
