The role of Parking Concierge at Towne Park is a vital customer-facing position that involves greeting and assisting self-parking guests with professionalism and warmth. The Parking Concierge acts as the welcoming presence at the parking facility, ensuring that guests receive accurate directions, clear instructions on using parking equipment, and any additional information needed to improve their visit. This position requires a keen attention to detail as it involves handling financial transactions, reconciling revenue, and completing detailed reports at the end of shifts. The Parking Concierge is expected to demonstrate patience and tact when addressing guest inquiries and challenges while maintaining efficiency and composure during busy periods. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- General knowledge of parking garage policies
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally
- Basic arithmetic skills with money operations
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand multi-tiered rate systems
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests immediately while maintaining professionalism
- Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries
- Provide information about facility amenities and area attractions
- Help guests with self-parking equipment including instruction and payment terminals
- Identify and collect revenue for all vehicles
- Complete cash drop slips, envelopes and shift reports accurately
- Reconcile revenue and tickets at the end of every shift
- Process payments via cash, credit or direct billing
- Accurately categorize tickets for audit purposes
- Operate equipment such as registers, gates, and credit card machines
- Obtain information about daily events and applicable rates
- Follow all standard operating procedures related to cash banks
- Ensure compliance with safety and customer service standards
