Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant cooking experience
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a cook or in a culinary role
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary methods and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene by following proper handling and storage procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate order completion
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or quality concerns
  • Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Contribute positively to a friendly and productive team environment
