The Oxford Hotel is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Bell and Valet Attendant to join its dynamic team. This hourly position pays between $21 and $22 and includes a $500 signing bonus, paid half on the first paycheck and the remainder after 90 days of employment. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior experience required
  • general knowledge of basic customer service skills
  • fluent in oral and written English
  • knowledge of local establishments and community
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
  • acceptable driving record
  • ability to lift and carry up to 65lbs
  • able to stand, walk and climb stairs for prolonged periods
  • capable of working in physically demanding conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • provide bell and valet services to guests
  • assist night audit with guest arrivals and departures
  • greet guests arriving in various forms of transportation
  • assist guests with luggage retrieval and transportation
  • note vehicle damage on key tags
  • escort guests to the lobby for registration
  • explain valet parking procedures and fees
  • park vehicles securely and efficiently
  • provide directions and hotel information
  • open vehicle doors for guests
  • respond to guest questions and concerns
  • greet guests in public areas
  • collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • proactively offer assistance and resolve conflicts
  • continuously develop hospitality and technical skills
