Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Ability to stand for 100% of the shift
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Pass background and driving record checks
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests arriving and departing
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Open car and hotel doors and assist with coats and luggage
- Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet tickets and conduct vehicle damage checks
- Retrieve, park, and return vehicles efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
- Keep the valet area clean and organized
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Support colleagues during busy periods and special events
- Follow all safety protocols and report any incidents
- Conduct routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- Exhibit a positive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine assistance to guests
