With a commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being, Towne Park offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth for associates eager to join a reputable hospitality service provider.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is crucial in delivering first-rate hospitality services while handling guest vehicles responsibly. Towne Park provides employees with access to various benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and the company-sponsored 401k retirement plan, although eligibility depends on job classification, employment duration, and hours worked. This role is not eligible for benefits if designated as seasonal or temporary.

Guest Service Associates play a vital role in maintaining smooth and efficient parking operations while serving as the first point of contact for guests. Key responsibilities include greeting guests within five feet with a professional manner, using their names, assisting with bell services, delivering luggage, and providing directions, reservation information, and local recommendations. They also handle vehicle keys, issue claim checks, calculate parking charges, and safeguard all documentation related to vehicle parking. The role demands adherence to safety standards, effective communication, and the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and perform parallel parking.

Employees enjoy working in various weather conditions mainly outdoors and need to be physically capable of handling up to 100 pounds of exertion occasionally, including climbing, stooping, kneeling, and walking. Towne Park values associates who exhibit reliability, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for providing top-tier guest service, ensuring guests not only feel welcomed but also valued throughout their visit.
