Candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and be prepared to remain on their feet for long periods. The working environment at Towne Park encourages teamwork, accountability, and a guest-centered approach, ensuring that the service offered aligns with company standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, proactive, and capable of efficiently managing guest services during overnight hours while maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.
