Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One month related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- Ability to read write and comprehend standard English
- Ability to perform basic math operations involving American money
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with guests coworkers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional friendly manner and guest last names
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location while practicing proper phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and cautiously while assisting guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Provide directions taxi reservations and information about facility amenities and local attractions
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and issue and collect claim checks from guests
- Complete and maintain ticket information including key tags guest folios vehicle location damage surveys and claim check receipts
