Job Description

Taco Bell is a globally recognized fast-food chain known for its innovative Mexican-inspired menu and vibrant brand culture. In 2013, Taco Bell joined Flynn Group through the acquisition of 76 restaurants. Since then, the Flynn Group has expanded its reach significantly, making it the 3rd largest Taco Bell franchisee in the world. Flynn Group itself is a leading franchise operator founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, managing a diversified portfolio that includes well-known brands such as Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on being the premier operator in each brand, Flynn Group values a culture rooted in core principles: caring genuinely for people, playing like champions, and winning as one team.

At Taco Bell under Flynn Group, the emphasis is on fostering an encouraging and inclusive work environment where every team member’s ideas and contributions are valued. The company proudly offers a workplace that nurtures talent and dedication, empowering employees to grow within the organization. As a member of this world-class team, employees are part of a dynamic fast-paced setting that not only values operational success but also focuses heavily on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role of the Overnight Team Member at Taco Bell is essential in maintaining the brand’s high standards and ensuring smooth restaurant operations during late-night hours. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to thrive in a customer-centric environment where every interaction matters. The Overnight Team Member will be the face of the brand during closing shifts, typically ending between 3:00 am and 5:00 am, responsible for serving delicious food, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work environment.

Joining Taco Bell means embracing the Taco Bell spirit, which goes beyond just serving fast food. It’s about feeding people’s lives with Más, by delivering memorable experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction. Employees in this role are expected to embody the core values set by the Flynn Group: genuine care for others, teamwork, and champion-level performance. This fosters a positive workplace culture where everyone’s contribution is recognized, and growth opportunities are readily available.

The company acknowledges the hard work and dedication of its team members by offering a competitive pay structure, free meals with every shift to keep energy levels high, and a 401(k) plan with company matching to support long-term financial goals. Additionally, Taco Bell team members benefit from insurance options including medical, dental, and vision coverage. The role also offers flexible scheduling to accommodate the personal needs of employees, as well as development opportunities to advance within the organization.

Overall, working at Taco Bell with Flynn Group presents an exciting career path with the stability of a well-established franchise network and the energy of a brand committed to innovation and customer satisfaction.
