Job Requirements
- 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience
- successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments
- for facilities selling firearms successful completion of firearms-specific criminal background check and firearms authorized training
- for facilities selling ammunition current state issued certificate of eligibility if required
- willingness to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- ability to promote and support company mission values and ethics

- availability to meet job-related training and operational requirements
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of college
- 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience
- 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience
- bachelor of science in business management and leadership preferred
- experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management mentoring hiring and firing
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage change effectively

Job Duties

- tour stores and provide feedback to associates
- communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations

- provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring training and mentoring
- assign duties set clear expectations and provide associate recognition

- recruit and develop qualified associates
- coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments
