Beyond day-to-day store operations, this leadership role involves coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders to support business initiatives and achieve goals. The candidate will promote adaptability, continuous learning, and accountability among associates, fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration. Adherence to Walmart’s mission, values, and ethical standards is paramount, including upholding compliance policies and encouraging open communication.

Walmart is proud to offer competitive pay with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and additional compensation options such as Regional Pay Zone differentials, Complex Structure adjustments, and state pay differentials where applicable. Associates benefit from comprehensive health coverage including medical, vision, and dental insurance, financial plans like 401(k), stock purchase programs, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off includes PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting time off, ensuring work-life balance and wellness. Additional benefits cover short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, military leave pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.
