Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work overnight shifts
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- physical capability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- reliable and punctual
- ability to communicate effectively
- must be able to follow safety and emergency procedures
- capable of lifting and moving moderate weights

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in housekeeping or janitorial services helpful
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently overnight
- good communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- customer service orientation
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies a plus
- prior experience in hospitality industry beneficial
Job Duties
- clean all fingerprints off glass doors and registration desk and run vacuum cleaner
- clean public restrooms including sink, toilet, mop floor, replenish supplies as needed
- replenish supplies in pool area, take out trash, clean glass doors and table surfaces
- clean all mirrors and wipe equipment in exercise room, take out trash, run vacuum cleaner, clean glass doors
- assist with excessive laundry when required
- general cleaning of offices and front office areas
- general cleaning of associate break room
- clean associate bathroom sinks, toilets and mop floors, replenish toilet paper and paper towels as needed
- communicate changes in suite status with front desk
- assist chief engineer with guest maintenance complaints
- deliver cribs, roll-away beds and related items to suites and log deliveries
- know hotel emergency procedures
- accommodate guest special requests courteously
- answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and services
