The Lot Auditor position, available in PMC’s Commercial Parking Division and Hotel Self Parking Division, plays a vital role in supporting the company’s mission of superior guest service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to either the Commercial Parking Manager or the Hotel Self Parking Manager, Lot Auditors work full-time or part-time in non-exempt roles with hourly base compensation that varies by market. This role focuses on maintaining an organized, safe, and guest-friendly parking environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
The Lot Auditor is responsible for managing the parking lot’s daily operations, including directing traffic flow, issuing parking tickets, handling payments with accuracy, and keeping detailed records of parking activities and revenues. They act as a pivotal point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring that vehicles are parked in compliance with established policies. The role requires a highly attentive and detail-oriented individual who can work outdoors comfortably in diverse weather conditions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
In addition to operational duties, the Lot Auditor also supports the upkeep and security of the parking lot. This includes regular patrols to identify and report any suspicious or unsafe activity, helping to preserve a secure environment for guests and their vehicles. Cleanliness and presentation of the lot and booth area are also key responsibilities, requiring team members to assist with light maintenance and janitorial tasks as needed. Effective communication is essential in this role as lot auditors coordinate with team members and management via radios and other communication tools to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- maintain clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- successful completion of background check
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- professional appearance and adherence to uniform policies

Job Duties
