The position available is a full-time, non-management role within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations category, specifically designed to enhance the guest experience during overnight and weekend shifts. This role is essential for ensuring that guests receive seamless check-in and check-out services, but it goes far beyond those standard duties. This role requires a dynamic individual who can multitask effectively, performing operational tasks such as fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, and providing insightful recommendations on local events and attractions. It demands an active presence—being on your feet, walking for extended periods, and engaging in physical tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing items that weigh less than 10 pounds without assistance.
