Grand Living offers competitive compensation alongside a generous benefits package for full-time employees, including paid time off starting at 120 hours in the first year, affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance coverage, and employee assistance programs. Employees also enjoy the upscale environment featuring exquisite cuisine with free employee meals and access to spa and fitness facilities during designated times.
