The Outreach Executive I role at Oak Street Health is a full-time position focused on engaging Medicare seniors to become patients of Oak Street Health clinics. The Outreach Executive is responsible for developing and nurturing community relationships, generating new patient leads, and collaborating closely with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive patient growth within a specific local territory. This role involves sales activities such as lead prospecting and cold calling, execution of community events, and ongoing engagement strategies. Outreach Executives play a critical role in bridging the gap between the community and clinical care teams by facilitating communication and resolving concerns among prospects and new patients.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay range between $18.50 and $35.29, commensurate with experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, the position is eligible for potential bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs offered by CVS Health. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales aptitude, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluency in languages commonly spoken in the communities served, such as Spanish, Polish, or Russian, is an advantage.
