Physical Therapists in this role benefit from a balanced Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekends or on-call duties, allowing for a supportive work-life balance. Banner Health offers an estimated pay range of $39.00 to $65.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and certifications, along with opportunities for loan forgiveness eligibility through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
