Job Requirements

  • four years of culinary experience preferably in hospitality or entertainment facility
  • two years supervisory experience
  • successful completion of background check
  • knowledge of computer software including microsoft word and excel
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • maintain confidentiality with regard to employee concerns and sensitive department information
  • maintain established company and departmental uniform appearance and hygiene standards
  • experience with pos systems and pc related systems
  • ability to walk and stand for at least a full eight hour shift
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push or pull up to 50 lbs throughout shift
  • ability to bend reach pull push kneel squat and grasp as needed
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests coworkers and management
  • ability to handle all types of guest related situations and relay guest compliments and complaints to management

Job Qualifications

  • strong leadership and team coordination skills

Job Duties

  • create and ensure a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment where service excellence is paramount
  • develop and implement menus in compliance with management directives
  • prepare and present all menu items
  • monitor and maintain equipment small wares sanitation and cleanliness of the outlet
  • control inventory product flow and rotate products to ensure quality and freshness
  • provide effective ordering to meet business needs and food cost controls
  • collaborate with executive chef on menu development and new menu items and specials
  • develop comprehensive training manuals and implement continued staff training including daily specials presentation
  • ensure total quality and quantity control for all received products
  • follow up consistently on all operational functions
  • act as liaison between front and back of house operations
  • supervise evaluate train coach and discipline staff
  • adhere to food and beverage policies labor liquor laws and sanitary codes
  • establish standards and procedures for sanitation and customer service
  • communicate effectively promote positive team member and guest relations
  • listen evaluate and respond to guest complaints and inquiries exercising good judgment
  • maintain professionalism when working with team members and guests
  • promote outstanding internal and external guest relations
  • perform other duties as assigned
