Job Requirements
- four years of culinary experience preferably in hospitality or entertainment facility
- two years supervisory experience
- successful completion of background check
- knowledge of computer software including microsoft word and excel
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- maintain confidentiality with regard to employee concerns and sensitive department information
- maintain established company and departmental uniform appearance and hygiene standards
- experience with pos systems and pc related systems
- ability to walk and stand for at least a full eight hour shift
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push or pull up to 50 lbs throughout shift
- ability to bend reach pull push kneel squat and grasp as needed
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to work in fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests coworkers and management
- ability to handle all types of guest related situations and relay guest compliments and complaints to management
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- create and ensure a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment where service excellence is paramount
- develop and implement menus in compliance with management directives
- prepare and present all menu items
- monitor and maintain equipment small wares sanitation and cleanliness of the outlet
- control inventory product flow and rotate products to ensure quality and freshness
- provide effective ordering to meet business needs and food cost controls
- collaborate with executive chef on menu development and new menu items and specials
- develop comprehensive training manuals and implement continued staff training including daily specials presentation
- ensure total quality and quantity control for all received products
- follow up consistently on all operational functions
- act as liaison between front and back of house operations
- supervise evaluate train coach and discipline staff
- adhere to food and beverage policies labor liquor laws and sanitary codes
- establish standards and procedures for sanitation and customer service
- communicate effectively promote positive team member and guest relations
- listen evaluate and respond to guest complaints and inquiries exercising good judgment
- maintain professionalism when working with team members and guests
- promote outstanding internal and external guest relations
- perform other duties as assigned
