The Food & Beverage Outlets Manager role at Omni Corpus Christi Hotel plays a vital part in maintaining the high-quality standards that the hotel is known for. This full-time managerial position is responsible for overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including the bar and restaurant, coffee shop, in-room dining services, and poolside refreshments. The manager’s role extends beyond supervision to encompass training, motivating, and leading a team of supervisors and hourly associates to consistently deliver exemplary service according to Omni’s standards and company policies.

The position demands an individual with strong leadership abilities who can ensure all food and beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining superior guest satisfaction scores. The manager will administer financial controls, including monitoring food and beverage requisitions, controlling costs, and minimizing waste. They will also ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations, including adherence to the Dram Shop Act and emergency procedures like CPR to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests alike.

Key responsibilities include supervising assigned shifts, conducting staff punctuality checks, holding pre-meal meetings, and overseeing environmental conditions of the dining spaces.   • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have current TABC/Food Handlers Certifications
  • Must be able to lift, pull, push 50lbs+
  • Must be able to walk, stand up to 8+ hours shift

  • Must know emergency procedures (including CPR) and work to prevent accidents
  • Perform any and all other duties assigned and/or required by management
