Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 or more years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in food processing preferred
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and plant safety standards
- Familiarity with SAP and manufacturing processes
- Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, TPM
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours based on the needs of the operation
- Self-motivated work approach with a strong work ethic and proven record leading teams and managing multiple priorities
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related field preferred
- 2 or more years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple production lines within the cell to maintain expectations for quality, productivity, and cost
- Train and develop team members to support effective performance of job responsibilities
- Support sanitation operations to help maintain a clean and food-safe facility
- Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures on a consistent basis
- Review team performance and provide coaching to support improvement and development
- Promote compliance with safety programs, including lockout/tagout, personal protective equipment, and confined space guidelines
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks while promoting continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all quality and regulatory standards, specifications, and policies are maintained or exceeded
- Lead projects involving root cause analysis and guide Kaizen events to support sustainable process improvements
