With over 18,000 employees across more than 40 locations, Conagra is committed to fostering an impactful, energized, and inclusive culture. The company prioritizes innovation not only in its food products but also in its commitment to environmental sustainability, community engagement, and workforce well-being. As a major player in the food industry, Conagra Brands empowers its employees to reach their full potential, make a meaningful impact, and develop their careers within a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Production Supervisor role at Conagra Brands is an essential position that reports to the Operations Manager and leads the 1st shift production employees within a food manufacturing environment. Training and development of team members is a key focus to sustain effective job performance and promote continuous improvement. You will also support sanitation efforts to maintain a clean and food-safe facility, enforce plant rules and procedures consistently, and promote safety programs such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, and confined space guidelines.

Additionally, the Production Supervisor identifies and resolves production bottlenecks, leads root-cause analysis projects, and facilitates Kaizen events to foster sustainable process improvements. This role requires a self-motivated leader with strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A flexible approach to work hours, including weekends, is necessary to meet operational needs.

Conagra Brands offers a competitive salary range from $63,000 to $93,000 annually, dependent on location, experience, and skills, reflecting internal equity among employees. The company also provides comprehensive benefits that support employee health, wealth, growth, and work-life balance. These benefits include healthcare plans, wellness programs, mental health support, fitness reimbursements, bonus incentives, 401k matching, stock purchase plans, career development opportunities, paid time off, parental leave, and flexible scheduling options.

Joining Conagra Brands means becoming part of a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. The organization is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants.
