Located at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, one of the world’s busiest airports, BAL is committed to delivering innovative services that combine cutting-edge technology with top-tier operational expertise. The company has built a reputation for excellence by ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in airport logistics. Bradford Airport Logistics is known for its employee-centric approach, offering competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Bradford Airport Logistics is currently hiring an Operations Supervisor - Transport CDL to work the night shift (10 PM to 6 AM) at its Central Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC), serving Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

This role also includes performance management, coaching, and professional development responsibilities for team members, helping to cultivate a motivated workforce aligned with Bradford's core values.

As part of Bradford Airport Logistics' culture, employees are encouraged to grow their careers through the company’s professional development program and are provided with benefits such as paid holidays, 401(k) company match, and on-site free parking. The company emphasizes diversity and inclusivity in the workplace and adheres strictly to all legal protections against discrimination. Employment opportunities are contingent upon passing pre-employment screening processes including a TSA background check, drug and alcohol testing, and maintaining a clean driving record.
