The company’s core philosophy revolves around a service ethos that is proactive and holistic, aiming to create an atmosphere where guests feel genuinely welcomed and supported throughout every stage of their stay. In addition to its guest-centered approach, Arbor Lodging fosters a corporate culture that is deeply people-focused, data-driven, and result-oriented, making it an excellent place for professionals seeking to develop their careers in the hospitality industry.

Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with all department heads to ensure the hotel premises meet the standards expected for their category, from cleanliness and ambiance to service readiness and staff grooming. You will be actively involved in inspecting all departments for adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), facilitating communication and coordination among teams, and overseeing service recovery processes to maximize customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will play a hands-on role in employee development, identifying learning needs, helping with training initiatives, and providing timely and constructive feedback to team members. Regular meetings with marketing teams to discuss inquiries and follow-ups will also be part of your responsibilities, aimed at driving business growth and maintaining high occupancy rates.

This role demands someone who is organized, can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and is comfortable working varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Moderate computer skills—including proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office—and strong communication abilities both in writing and verbally are essential. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and thrive when leading teams toward operational excellence, the Operations Supervisor position at Arbor Lodging presents a rewarding career opportunity with competitive pay and substantial growth potential.
