Known for handling end-to-end supply chain needs, the Performance Team operates a strategic network of storage facilities designed to receive, store, process, and dispatch cargo efficiently. Their services build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process, enabling them to navigate and overcome supply chain risks effectively. This role offers full-time, on-site employment with a competitive salary range of $62,000 to $67,000 annually. The supervisor position entails overseeing a team responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in stockrooms, warehouses, or yards. The successful candidate will plan and coordinate daily activities based on inbound appointment logs and open order reports, ensuring that customer delivery metrics are consistently met. This includes managing the inbound and outbound shipment schedules, determining staffing needs, assigning tasks based on workload, and maintaining operational procedures. Close collaboration with the Inventory Control team is essential to achieve the highest level of inventory accuracy, while also managing departmental payroll.

Effective communication is key, as this position involves issuing both written and oral instructions and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. The supervisor is also expected to maintain a harmonious work environment by resolving grievances and managing conflicts among workers. Direct supervisory responsibilities include handling a team of 20 or more employees, conducting interviews, hiring, training staff, appraising performance, administering rewards and discipline, and addressing employee complaints.
The role requires detailed operational oversight to expedite workflow, prepare work schedules, and track productivity metrics. The company supports a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds. It is noted that candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., and accommodations are available during the application and hiring process to ensure equal access for all potential employees. The supervisor will join a dedicated team focused on process excellence and continuous improvement in warehousing and distribution logistics, with a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being and work-life balance.
