The available role is Operations Manager located in Bolingbrook, IL, at the 680 Remington Blvd facility. This position is a full-time, Monday through Friday role with a schedule that includes working hours from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Monday and from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm Tuesday through Friday. The salary range offered for this position is competitive, ranging from $85,600 to $115,600 annually, coupled with eligibility for performance-based bonuses tied to individual and site performance.

As an Operations Manager, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for supervising driver teams within the company’s robust transportation network. Your primary objective will be to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment to consistently exceed established goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational innovation. You will develop forward-looking strategic plans and execute them with precision to optimize operational performance. The role demands effective resource management, including financial oversight of the site’s operating plan to ensure profitability and excellence.

This role demands a proven leader with at least 4-6 years of related experience, including a minimum of 3 years in managerial or supervisory positions within DOT-regulated environments. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to build rapport with associates and customers at all levels are critical for success. You should have the capability to take ownership and lead with a sense of urgency while demonstrating independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Job Duties

  • Establish and sustain training and competency among supervisors and associates
  • recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain quality associates
  • establish effective two-way communication to inform, motivate, and recognize team members

  • track and record value delivered to customers
