Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in retail or 2+ years in managerial role in complex environment
- Experience working collaboratively with other managers in multi-department complex business
- Experience in financial management and profit and loss responsibility
- Proven effective decision-making and operational problem-solving
- Ability to increase store sales and profitability through operational improvement
- Ability to manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Ability to recruit, assess, train, develop and promote partners
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to carry 35 pounds on a consistent basis
Job Qualifications

- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to carry 35 pounds consistently
- College degree or related field may substitute for some experience
- Leadership experience in high volume, full service restaurant or retail preferred
- Experience with lifestyle experiential brands, hospitality, specialty retail or bakery preferred
- Experience building relationships with customers, partners, and community
- Additional languages beneficial

- Lead a team of hourly partners to deliver world class customer and partner experiences
- Demonstrate calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events and manage smooth transitions
- Train and hold partners accountable for exceptional customer service

- Plan strategies to increase sales and control operational costs
- Collaborate with peer teams to support store and business unit goals
- Manage operational processes aligned with business objectives
- Communicate clearly to ensure effective store organization
- Develop expertise in operational tools and processes for excellence
- Identify and solve problems proactively, coaching partners
- Use financial knowledge to drive sales and manage business fundamentals
- Create strategies aligned with store priorities and manage sales goals
- Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance service and profitability
