The company cultivates a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence, supporting its staff with competitive benefits and career development opportunities. Gastamo values dedication, integrity, and a team-first mindset, making it an ideal workplace for those passionate about the restaurant industry and guest satisfaction.

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team, offering an annual salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote well-being and career growth. The Operations Manager (OM) plays a vital role in the success of our establishments by overseeing the core aspects of restaurant operations during the Management team’s off-hours. The OM collaborates closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to facilitate team member evaluations, performance monitoring, and disciplinary actions. Ensuring a safe, harassment-free environment and compliance with governmental regulations is a critical part of the role. The Operations Manager also handles scheduling, staffing management, cost controls, and quality assurance to maintain operations efficiency and profitability.

The OM contributes significantly to maintaining high guest satisfaction by ensuring quality food and service delivery and overseeing initiatives to boost sales and guest feedback scores. They actively participate in marketing efforts and community engagement to support restaurant growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to resolve guest complaints promptly while fostering a positive work atmosphere.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the OM is involved in daily financial management tasks, including labor and food cost control, inventory management, and sales performance analysis. They execute all closing duties accurately while maintaining the security and cash handling procedures mandated by the company. The position also encourages continuous personal and team development aligned with Gastamo's values of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.

Our Operations Manager is more than a manager — they are leaders who inspire, influence, and nurture a culture where team members thrive, adapt, and grow. We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and driven by a genuine passion to make every dining experience memorable. If you are looking to join a company that values your contribution, offers competitive compensation, and supports your professional journey, this is the opportunity for you.
