Backed by the financial strength of Align Capital Partners, a $625 million private equity fund, Strata Landscape Services has demonstrated rapid growth fueled by strategic acquisitions and organic expansion. The company is deeply committed to operational excellence, accountability, and fostering long-term career growth opportunities for its employees. They will also be responsible for driving accountability, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and collaborating with Account Managers to exceed client expectations consistently. As the company continues to grow, the role will play a key part in the integration of acquisitions and scaling initiatives, helping to expand the branch’s presence in the regional market.

With a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 and a performance-based bonus program tied to branch profitability, this position offers a competitive compensation package. The company also provides comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, cell phone or reimbursement, and ongoing leadership development opportunities.
